I've sat in the seat my clients are sitting in.

Nearly 30 years in NZ travel. Worked up through agency, groups, and incentive roles. Spent 16.5 years at Travel Managers Group, rising from Broker Operations Manager to Chief Operating Officer.

When Flight Centre acquired TMG, I led the people and culture through the transition. Then in September 2024 I stepped away to do what I do best.
